"Can't or Won't?" and "Either." is a Running Gags used mostly by Archer and Malory, but first introduced with Archer and Cyril.

- Used twice during Mole Hunt (s1e1). Both times while Archer tries to convince ISIS members to let him into the Mainframe to access his operations account.
- Used in Job Offer (s1e9) when Mallory asks if Len Trexler "Can't or won't" fire Archer and he responds "Either"
