McSurley's is the Irish bar that ISIS employees frequently unwind at. It has darts, billiards and a full bar. It is possible that they also serve food as well.
Pam often goes to this bar and is challenged to see how many pool balls she can fit in her mouth. Once when she was trying to beat her record of four, she was hit on the back and she swallowed a few of them.
