Carlito is one of three known members of El Frente Rojo. He had a twin brother who was severely burned by Archer while trying to kidnap Anke Schlotz. He was always competing with his brother, especially for the affections of Sia. He used to date her before she left Carlito for his twin. After the unnamed twin was burned, Sia turned her affection back on Carlito.
Currently he is most likely dead. Perishing with Sia in an explosion while pursuing Archer and Anke on snowmobiles.
